On August 20, Bill St. Lawrence will head back to Alaska to continue his work on various engineering projects in the polar ice region. An engineer and geophysicist, Bill works on the Beaufort seacoast of the Arctic Ocean, overseeing the design and construction of ice roads, bridges and structures, and monitoring tundra conditions. When he is not in Alaska. he and his wife Ana Marie enjoy the warm sunshine of El Salvador. You can reach Bill at wstl@flash.net.
